NOTE: The institution reserves the right to modify the program, duration of the excursion, means of transport, and the content of the excursion in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia, in particular the Zakon o pružanju usluga u turizmu, due to safety or other objective circumstances. The institution shall not be liable for damages resulting from transport delays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances beyond its control.”
