Synopsis
After their parents mysteriously disappear, ten-year-old Alisa turns to a group of young detectives for help. The search becomes even more complicated when they have to take along her unusual brother Milan, who experiences the world in a different way. Yet it is Milan's unique perspective that unexpectedly becomes the key to uncovering a criminal conspiracy. Together, the children embark on an adventure that will bring them closer and change their lives forever.
About the Directors
Marina Andree Škop (Sarajevo, 1973) is a Croatian film director and creative producer dedicated to films and television series for children and young audiences. She graduated in Film Editing from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb. Her documentary Sevdah won the Audience Award at the Sarajevo Film Festival in 2009. Together with Dražen Žarković, she co-directed the children's science fiction film My Grandpa Is an Alien, which was screened in 26 countries and received sixteen festival awards. She also directed the short films Blue Teddy Bear and Storytime: The Grasshopper and the Ant.
Vanda Raýmanová (Nová Baňa, 1973) is a Slovak director and animator. She studied Animation at the Film and Television Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, where she now teaches. In 2013, she founded a production company dedicated to developing original stories for children. She is the creator of the animated series The Tots and the short films Voyage Through History, Who's There?, and About Two People.
